Fawell & Fawell is delighted to recognize Kyla Burroughs as the first-ever winner of our Out-of-State Student Scholarship for the Spring 2024 semester. A first-year college student at Howard University, Kyla has not allowed the nearly 3,000-mile distance from her hometown of Portland, Oregon, to detract her from pursuing a college education.
