I have practiced in family law exclusively since 1980 from my law office in Wheaton, Illinois. My firm handles a variety of family law issues such as divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, paternity, guardianship and stepparent adoptions.

Experience is important in a family law case. Nobody wants to go to court not knowing what to expect. I have good working relationships with most of the attorneys who handle family law cases in DuPage, Will and Kane counties, which aids in the negotiating of settlements and can help keep the process civil. I am also familiar with many of the local judges and I can use that familiarity to anticipate how they might rule in your case.

As a sole practitioner, I handle all of my family law cases personally. My clients like the fact that a lawyer with more than 28 years of family law experience will handle their case from beginning to end.

If you call with a question about your case, I will be the person who returns your call. I return all calls in a timely fashion − usually within 24 hours even when I am in court.

Convenient Office Location

My law office is located across the street from the DuPage County Courthouse. Free parking is available.

Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

I charge competitive fees for my services and provide monthly billing statements.
